Listed below you will find the nine individuals who make up the Board of Directors of Southern Illinois Electric Cooperative (SIEC). These elected directors are your neighbors, serving as your Cooperative's trustees.
Three directors are elected by, and from, the board of directors of your cooperative to represent it as members on the board of directors of Southern Illinois Power Cooperative (SIPC) with headquarters at Marion, Illinois. The General Manager serves as a fourth director on the SIPC board.
One director is elected by, and from, the board of directors of SIEC to represent it as a member on the board of directors of the Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives (AIEC) in Springfield, Illinois.
